Transport links

The industrial estate can be accessed by:  

• road - immediate access to the A19 provides regional connectivity and access to the A1(M) for national connectivity 
• rail - a host of stations are within 10 minutes, with Darlington Railway Station being the closest station on the East Coast Main Line which can be reached within 25 minutes 
• air - Teesside International Airport and Newcastle International Airport are within 15 minutes and 1 hour respectively, offering both domestic and international flights 
• sea - Teesport, our freeport which has turbo-charged the local economy, can be reached in a little over 15 minutes
