Transport links

The business park can be accessed by road, rail, air and sea. It is a little over a mile from the A19 meaning there is easy access to the region's motorways and business centres. Darlington Railway Station is the closest station on the East Coast Main Line and can be reached within 30 minutes. Teesside International Airport and Newcastle International Airport are within 20 minutes and 50 minutes respectively. It is also close to the River Tees with easy access to Teesport, our freeport which has turbo-charged the local economy.

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council owns Plots 1 to 6.
