Preston Farm is a business park and industrial estate next to the A66 and close to Stockton Town Centre.

This central location and direct access to the strategic road network has allowed Preston Farm to develop into a strategic business location which is home to a range of businesses.

The importance of this location has been acknowledged by the fact that the A135, which runs through the estate and connects with the A66, has been identified as part of the Major Road Network (MRN) by the Department for Transport.

Preston Farm can be accessed by road, rail, air and sea. The A66 is next to the business park, providing strategic connections east and west to the A19 and A1(M) respectively. A host of stations are within 10 minutes, with Darlington Railway Station being the closest station on the East Coast Main Line which can be reached within 25 minutes. Teesside International Airport and Newcastle International Airport are within 10 minutes and 1 hour respectively. Teesport, our freeport which has turbo-charged the local economy, can be reached in a little over 20 minutes.
